Step into our hidden SoHo sanctuary for Vibroacoustic Sound Meditation, an immersive experience carefully crafted to harmonize mind, body, and spirit through the healing properties of sound. Blending ancient meditative practices with vibroacoustic technology, we invite you to a full somatic experience that will take you beyond the bounds of everyday awareness - reaching new dimensions of clarity, creativity, and self-connection. Your 60-minute journey begins with a 10 minute expert-led breathwork practice guided by Libitm co-founder and certified meditation instructor, Lily Kuo. Then, you'll recline on one of just ten exclusive Opus SoundBeds™, a patented technology designed to engage the nervous system at a cellular level. SoundBed™ uses vibroacoustic techniques to deliver low-frequency vibrations through the body’s energy centers (Chakras), shifting you from stress response into a state of deep restoration and receptivity. Equipped with noise-canceling headphones, you’ll be enveloped in a cocoon of sound designed by SoundTemple, transcending typical audio experiences. A weighted blanket adds gentle, grounding pressure, enhancing the feeling of support as your senses are guided into balance. The space itself will be atmospherically lit and delicately scented, set to deepen your meditative experience. Cancellation Policy
Ticket Policy This ticket grants you entry to the event. Please present it at the door upon arrival. For any questions, feel free to contact the event host. We look forward to welcoming you! Please note: - The class will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to get settled. Shoes and belongings will be kept in nearby cubbies during the class. - Please be aware that late arrivals cannot be accommodated once the session begins. However, if you arrive after the start, we’ll be happy to place you on standby for other available session times. - Light refreshments will be served afterward, and we’d love for you to stay and chat! However, we ask for your understanding as we prepare for the next session. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. Cancellation Policy If you'd like to cancel or reschedule your session you're able to do so within 12 hours of the scheduled time. Refunds may take up to 10 days to process.
